Although I haven't posted that much I visit the forum almost daily, and I thought this would be a good place to ask for your prayers. almost 4 weeks ago my 14yr old nephew Wesley was riding his atv on the dirt roads behind his dad's tire shop, well the roads are really small and overgrown and there was a 4 way intersection with no stop signs or anything and neither my nephew or the guy driving the truck stopped. He hit the truck on the upper front side, his helment flew off, and his head hit the truck fracturing his skull, breaking his collar bone, and some of his facial bones. He was in a coma for more than 2 weeks, because his brain was swollen. At first they weren't sure if he was going to make it or not. Well, he has improved a lot, and now is out of the coma, and they have moved him to rehab. He is still sleeping most of the time, but he can talk and he has walked a few times as well but they still have a lot of work to do....he isn't really comprehending everything just yet, we are just hoping that he will be the same boy after he gets through all of this. We are just glad he is alive now, but we would appreciate your prayers on this...sorry for such a long post, and ride safe.
